COUNTRY SPARE RIBS 
3 to 4 lb. country ribs (pork)
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 onion
2 c. water

Slice onion over ribs in shallow baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, Tabasco, and water. Bring to a boil.

Pour mixture over ribs. Lower heat to 350 degrees and continue cooking for 45 minutes. Baste at 15 minute intervals.
