BAR - B - QUE RIBS COUNTRY STYLE 
4 to 5 lb. country style pork ribs
1 tsp. sweet basil leaves
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 c. barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put 1 tablespoon flour in large size oven bag, shake to coat. Place bag in 12 x 8 inch baking dish or roaster. Rub salt and basil into ribs. Place ribs in bag, overlapping as necessary. Arrange onion slices over top of ribs. Close bag using nylon tie. Pierce 5 to 6 vent holes in top of bag. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully slit bag open to expose ribs. Pour barbecue sauce over ribs, return to oven for additional 15 to 20 minutes.

This is definitely the way to go but it did require more time in the oven, closer to 2-1/2 hours. I turned the heat down to 250°F and let them slow bake for 1 hour for the last hour, then turned the oven off and let them cool in the oven. Tender and delicious!
