SUCCULENT COUNTRY PORK RIBS | |
3-4 lbs. country style ribs 1 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. ketchup 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 clove minced garlic 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar Heat oil. Brown ribs, place in 9"x13" pan. Combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over ribs, turning to coat evenly. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Uncover, spoon sauce over ribs. Leave uncovered and bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes. |
