"PHILLY" 15 MINUTE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sm. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan.

Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate pieces and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees; continue baking 35 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. 10-12 servings.

Been making this for decades... I have never tasted any other cheesecake that compares, whether homemade, store bought, or in a restaurant/cafe. If you're expecting a fluffy, New York-style cheesecake, look for another recipe, but I wouldn't... This is dense, rich, and creamy and far superior than anything else. And the best part? It's quick and easy! My husband thinks I'm terrible but I when I am asked for the recipe I (politely) refuse... I want everyone to assume I went to great lengths to bake such an amazing dessert!
