PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. bulk pork sausage 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 - 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 c. Minute Rice Brown sausage; drain. Brown celery, onion, and pepper until tender. Add remaining ingredients and place in 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 45 minutes and then uncovered for 15 additional minutes. |
