PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 sm. can
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
1/2 lb. colby cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. noodles

Pan broil pork sausage. Remove from pan, reserving fat. (If links are used, cut into slices.) Add to the fat the celery and onion and saute just until tender. Remove from pan and saute mushrooms in same pan if fresh are used. Mix all ingredients with cooked noodles. Add a little milk if mixture seems too dry. Bake until bubbly.
