SOUR CREAM, PORK SAUSAGE,
MACARONI CASSEROLE
 
2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. diced onion
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 c. sour cream
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Grated cheese

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper in a heavy skillet. Add rest of ingredients and cook for 20 minutes with lid. Remove lid and cook 10 minutes more. Pour into a casserole and cover top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
