PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
2 med. onions, sliced thin 4 med. potatoes, sliced thin 1 can cream style corn 1 lb. bulk pork sausage or link sausages 1 can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper If using bulk pork sausage, form into patties. Arrange ingredients in layers and bake uncovered 2 hours. If potatoes are par boiled and sausage is browned partially in frying pan, less time is needed for baking. |
