PORK SAUSAGE/MACARONI CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. pork sausage 1 c. diced onion 1 c. green pepper, diced 1 large can tomatoes 2 c. sour cream 2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt grated cheese Brown sausage, onion and pepper in a heavy skillet. Add the rest of the ingredients (except cheese) and cook for 20 minutes with lid on. Remove lid and cook ten minutes more. Pour into a casserole dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
