SAUSAGE & MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 chopped onion and green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. (2 c.) macaroni

Cook sausage, onion and green pepper; drain. Add flour and milk; stir until thick and cook macaroni. Add macaroni to sauce. Add 1 c. of cheese and let melt. Pour into a greased casserole dish; top with rest of cheese.

Bake at 300°F for 25-30 minutes.
