RICE & PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice mix, cooked to pkg. directions 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 c. fresh mushrooms 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/4 c. minced celery 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. pepper Combine cooked rice and pork and all other ingredients in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6-8 servings. |
