PORK SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned with 1 onion, chopped, drain fat

Add:

2 c. raw long grain rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 1/2 c. boiling chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Put everything in casserole; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
