2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. sugar
1 c. grated cheese
6 tbsp. flour
2/3 pkg. Ritz crackers for topping
1/2 stick of butter

Drain pineapple and add sugar. Mix cheese and flour together and add to pineapple. Mix well. Pour into greased casserole. Crumble Ritz crackers over top. Cut butter into small pieces and put over casserole. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
