PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 cans crushed pineapple, drain well
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix flour and sugar and pour over pineapple in bottom of Pyrex dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of flour and sugar, then sprinkle crackers on top of that. Melt butter and pour over the other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
