PINEAPPLE - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter

Mix together pineapple, sugar, flour, and cheese. Place mixture in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (Yield: 6 to 8 servings.)
