“SAUSAGE AND BREAD STUFFING” IS IN:

SAUSAGE AND BREAD STUFFING 
2 lb. ground pork sausage (I personally like Jimmy Dean)
1 or 2 bags bread stuffing (Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top)
celery, sliced
onion, chopped
large can (s) of chicken broth
salt and pepper, to taste

Cook sausage with onion and celery. Bring chicken broth to boil, add sausage mixture and stuffing.

Stuff turkey, or chicken and bake, or bake as a side dish, 350°F degrees for 20 minutes.

Add cranberries, apples or other chopped fruit to stuffing before stuffing the pork chops.

Can add 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning. (Use less if the bread stuffing is already seasoning). Use 2 bags of bread stuffing. (Some are seasoned and some are plain)
I also added 1 tsp. of Lawry's seasoning salt.
I used 5-6 stalks of celery.
I also used 2 large onions.
I added some fresh garlic.
Use large skillet and/or after cooking sausage, onion & celery, you can transfer to a large bowl to mix.
Lightly butter casserole and cook per instructions.
This should make enough for all of us.

I have used Schneiders Pork sausage roll for over 15 years when making my stuffing, and seasoned croutons with whole wheat bread crust.,and add onions and summer savory .I have never had any of it left over.
