CINDY'S RITZ CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter, melted

Boil or bake chicken breasts. Cut from the bone and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix 2 cans of chicken soup with 16 oz. sour cream.

Mix 3 cups crushed Ritz crackers with 2 sticks melted butter. Brown in oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Add chicken mixture, sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and bake for 20 minutes.
