RITZ CHICKEN 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream

Boil chicken breast in water with onion and celery for 1/2 hour. (Cooks tip: I cook chicken in a crock pot for an extra tender chicken). Crush Ritz crackers and place on bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Pour melted butter over Ritz and place chicken over crackers. Mix soup, sour cream and broth together until smooth. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
