RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up or 6 to 8 breasts
1 box Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Remove skin from chicken. Dip chicken in butter and then in the crumbs. Place in baking dish or pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
