CHICKEN ON THE RITZ 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and broken into sm. pieces
1 can cream of chicken
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Place chicken pieces in bottom of greased casserole. Mix cream of chicken and sour cream and pour over chicken pieces. Mix Ritz crackers and butter and sprinkle over soup. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
