CHICKEN AND RITZ CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken or 4 breasts, stewed (cut up)
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. bay seasoning
1 tsp. lemon juice
Pepper and/or salt to taste

Mix together 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted butter. Put this on top of the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly at edges.
