CHICKEN RITZ CASSEROLE | |
4 breast halves 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c. sour cream About 1 roll Ritz crackers 1/4 c. butter 1 sm. can LeSueur peas Cook chicken, debone and saute in half of butter. Mix with soup and sour cream, peas, and crumbled crackers. Add a little broth, if needed. Top with crackers sprinkled with melted butter. Cook at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
