CHICKEN/RITZ CASSEROLE 
6 c. boiled and boned chicken meat
23 oz. chicken broth
2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 lb. Ritz crackers

In 9x13 casserole dish layer 1/3 Ritz, 1/2 chicken, 1 can soup. Repeat. Top with a final layer of Ritz. Pour chicken broth over top and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
