SALMON PATTIES | |
1 12-14 oz size can salmon 1 small onion 1 stalk celery 12-14 Saltine crackers 2 eggs 1 cup cooked white rice (cooled) 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning Remove any bones/skin from canned salmon. Mix all ingredients. (I like to use my hands for this.) Make small balls and flatten. Drop into hot oil in deep fryer (365°F), cook until golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain.
