SOUTHERN STYLE SALMON PATTIES
1 (15 oz.) can salmon (I use Essential Everyday)
1 large egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. cayenne paper
2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. onion & herb salt-free seasoning blend (Mrs Dash)
4 tbsp. vegetable oil

In a medium size bowl, combine salmon, egg, almond flour and Bisquick baking mix. Mash salmon into smaller pieces and blend with egg, flour and Bisquick. Add all other spices and mix thoroughly. Form 4 large patties or 8 small patties.

In large frying pan heat oil on medium high until hot for approximately 3 minutes. Carefully put patties in and cook until lightly/dark crusted.

Set on platter for approximately 3 minutes to cool and enjoy!

Love the spices you have added to the salmon - however, the amount of flours/Bisquick etc., - seem too much for one can. Will still try as you have posted. Hope you will submit other recipes. If you submit enough - this website will create a "Ann's cookbook" - and post all your recipe submissions under that title. Thanks for posting this. Would never have thought to add these spices.
