ALASKAN SALMON PATTIES | |
1 (15 oz.) can Alaskan pink salmon 10 Ritz crackers, crumbled 1/4 cup cornmeal 1 diced onion 1 egg splash of Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning (McCormick) salt and pepper, to taste Debone canned salmon into bowl. Crumble in crackers, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Form into patties. Fry in pan coated in olive oil and a tablespoon of butter over medium heat, about 5 minutes each side. Submitted by: Bambi Fuller |
