ALASKAN SALMON PATTIES 
1 (15 oz.) can Alaskan pink salmon
10 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 diced onion
1 egg
splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning (McCormick)
salt and pepper, to taste

Debone canned salmon into bowl. Crumble in crackers, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Form into patties.

Fry in pan coated in olive oil and a tablespoon of butter over medium heat, about 5 minutes each side.

I made these last night with my husband and we loved them! They are simple to make and super easy to eat. We ate two of them with some coleslaw for lunch today, and were full and happy. I would highly recommend this recipe.
