MICROWAVE WILD RICE 
1 c. wild rice
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. almonds, sliced

Soak wild rice in hot water for 1-2 hours. Rinse and drain. Add 2 cups water, mushrooms, onions and almonds. Microwave on High for 55 minutes. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
