RICE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE
(Microwave)
 
1 c. Uncle Bens long grain rice
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef bouillon
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms

In large measuring cup melt butter 1 minute. Stir in chopped onion and cook 2 minutes full power. Place in casserole dish. Stir in bouillon, mushrooms and uncooked rice. Cover tightly. Vent 25 minutes full power, stirring in 10 minutes. Allow to stand 8-10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
