TINA'S SUPER EASY CHICKEN AND
STUFFING BAKE
 
1 lb. pkg. chicken breasts or thighs (boneless, skinless)
2 boxes of your favorite stuffing (I use Stove-Top)
freshly ground pepper, to taste
garlic powder, for sprinkling
2 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add oil to a skillet with chicken, season with pepper and garlic powder and brown until no longer pink.

While chicken is cooking prepare stuffing according to package directions.

When chicken is cooked fold into stuffing and place in a greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes more.

Serve and enjoy!

My family gobbled this up. I added some chopped celery to the stuffing mix for extra crunch. Definitely a keeper!
