SUGAR-FREE BANANA BREAD 
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. pitted dates
3 small bananas
1 large egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Combine oil, butter, milk, dates, bananas and egg in blender; blend and set aside. Sift together remaining ingredients. Mix wet and dry, then stir in 1/2 cup raisins and some chopped nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes and cool 10 minutes in pan before removing.
