SUGAR FREE BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 or 4 mashed bananas
1 tbsp. sweetener (10 pkts.) Sweet & Low
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Sprinkle artificial sweetener over mashed bananas and stir until dissolved. Beat eggs and blend into bananas. Stir in dry ingredient. Add nuts, blend thoroughly. Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes then lower heat to 300 degrees and continue cooking for 35 more minutes. Serves 10. Exchanges: 1 1/2 bread, 1/2 fat, 121 calories.

Artifical sweetener??? Why oh why???? Avoid artificial sweeteners at all costs for your health's sake. There is enough sweetness in the bananas and you can get natural sweeteners such as xylitol which are so much better for you
