BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen broccoli
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup (Campbells)
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. Kraft sharp cheese, grated
1 tbsp. onion
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli for 4 to 5 minutes in salt water; drain well. Combine with other ingredients and put in buttered glass dish. Fill and top with 2 teaspoons butter and Ritz crackers. Add a pinch of oregano and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
