BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. frozen box broccoli pieces or fresh broccoli, steamed for 5 minutes
5 slices Kraft American cheese or jar of Cheese Whiz
1 to 1 1/2 c. Catherine Clark cheese croutons
Onion and garlic powder
1 stick melted butter

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour. Croutons can be mixed into casserole or garnish its top.
