CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. broccoli spears, cooked, cut up
4 c. cooked chicken
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 jars Old English cheese spread
1/2 c. stuffing
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. butter

Layer broccoli and chicken in 9"x13" pan. Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter. Add soup and cheese; mix well. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Saute stuffing mix and almonds in butter. Put on top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Freezes well. Serves 8 generously.
