BROCCOLI AND STUFFING CASSEROLE 
Chicken flavored stuffing mix

Cook 3 packages chopped broccoli according to directions. Drain and set aside.

WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter (melted)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Slowly add 2 cups milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with flavoring package inside chicken flavored stuffing mix.

Melt 6 tbsp. butter in 1 cup boiling water (may even need to add a little more water). Pour over the bread crumbs and mix well. Add 2/3 cup slivered almonds (optional).

Turn broccoli into 9x13 buttered dish. Pour white sauce over the broccoli. Top with stuffing mixture. (I like to also add a layer of crumbled up dry, French fried potatoes or crumbled potato chips.) Bake 20-25 minutes in 400 degree oven.
