CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
5 cups of cooked diced chicken
Large package of broccoli florets
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 stick of melted butter
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. stuffing mix

Grease a 13x9-inch pan. Put broccoli on bottom of pan, then diced chicken. Mix the soup, milk, mayonnaise, and lemon juice together and spread over top the chicken. Put stuffing (NOT COOKED) on top of the mixture then pour the melted butter on top. You do not need to cover.

Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.

Tips: You can use a rotisserie chicken and can use turkey if you want. I normally herb and bake chicken breasts ahead of time and shred it before I need to make the casserole.
