HALIBUT PARMESAN | |
3 tbsp. sour cream 4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. onion powder Paprika 10 oz. halibut fillets Combine all ingredients except paprika and fish. Spread sour cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in a baking dish sprayed with a release agent. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 2 servings. |
