HALIBUT OR COD DIJON 
1 lb. halibut (fillets are easiest)
3 tbsp. sour cream or non-fat yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. dry white wine
Dash of pepper

Combine sour cream (yogurt) in bowl, set aside. Place fish in baking dish. Season with pepper and spread with mustard mixture. Pour wine AROUND fish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
