TRISTA'S CHICKEN BROCCOLI TATER
TOT CASSEROLE
 
I have to make two pans since my family devours this!

3 chicken breasts
1/4 cup chopped onion (optional)
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen broccoli
2 cups milk
1 (22 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (family size)
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray (Pam). Preheat oven to 350°F.

Dice chicken and brown in frying pan (if using onion add and brown with chicken). Layer cooked diced chicken in pan. Add bag of frozen broccoli.

Mix 2 cups milk with can of cream of chicken soup. Pour mixture over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar over the top. Next, layer frozen tater tots on top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Tater tots should be nice and brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheddar over tater tots. Enjoy!
