LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD 
5 potatoes
1 quart sour cream
1/2 bunch chives
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 cup cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
dill (optional)

Bake potatoes in oven until soft (15-20 minutes) cut potatoes into small pieces (if they mash when you cut and stir in topping that's PERFECT!) add sour cream add the rest of the ingredients taste then add salt and pepper (dill if desired).

Stir all together with potatoes.

Then BAM! you've got a great side dish.

Awesome recipe. Only thing I did different since the kids are a little picky about onions, I added Onion Powder for taste and MORE bacon bits. It was a HIT!!
