LOADED BAKED POTATO SALAD | |
5 potatoes 1 quart sour cream 1/2 bunch chives 1/2 cup bacon bits 1 cup cheese salt and pepper, to taste dill (optional) Bake potatoes in oven until soft (15-20 minutes) cut potatoes into small pieces (if they mash when you cut and stir in topping that's PERFECT!) add sour cream add the rest of the ingredients taste then add salt and pepper (dill if desired).
