ALMA'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
I have to make this dish every holiday, or my family will be disappointed! It's delicious!

2 (10 oz. ea.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 cups Pepperidge farm crushed herb stuffing mix

Cook chopped broccoli according to package directions, drain.

In large bowl, combine hot broccoli, mayonnaise, soup, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish.

In separate bowl, add melted butter to stuffing mix and stir until combined. Pour stuffing mix over top of broccoli mixture.

Bake, uncovered in 350°F oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
