CHICKEN 'N BISCUIT PIE 
6 to 8 pieces of chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can peas and carrots
1 to 2 cans of biscuits

Boil chicken until tender. Remove chicken and pick from bone. Add soup, peas and carrots, and chicken pieces to broth. Cook until it starts to thicken. Pour into casserole dish. Flatten biscuits and place on top. Bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are brown.
