BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. chicken
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 c. undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 box Stove Top stuffing prepared as on the box

Bake chicken; peel skin off and break into pieces. Put chicken in 9x13 pan; place DRAINED broccoli on top (put some of the liquid from broccoli over chicken and broccoli). Cover with cheese.

Mix mayonnaise, soup, and milk in bowl. Pour this mixture over chicken, broccoli, and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (40 minutes covered with foil, uncovered 20 minutes) and serve.
