CARROT - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. herb-seasoned stuffing cubes

Cook broccoli for 3 minutes on high in microwave. At pause remove from oven; set aside. Combine soup, carrots, sour cream, flour, onions, salt and pepper in 1 1/2 quart micro-proof casserole. Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces, stir into soup mixture. Cover and place in oven, cook on high 6 minutes.

Melt butter in microwave 45 second son high. Mix butter and stuffing cubes, spoon over broccoli mixture. Place in oven, cook on high 6 minutes. Makes 5-6 servings. Cooks in 15 3/4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
