BROCCOLI CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. finely shredded crumbs
3/4 c. herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli; stir in soup mixture. Melt butter. Stir in stuffing and spoon over broccoli. Cook, uncovered in greased baking dish in moderate 350 degree oven until carrots are tender and knife inserted shows that other ingredients have thickened, 30 minutes or more.
