BROCCOLI-CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 (1 lb.) bag carrots
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 stacks Ritz (more if you want extra in layers)

Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Slice carrots. Cook until tender. Do Not Drain.

Mix cheese and soup (no water added). Cook until smooth. If seems too thick to pour and needs liquid, use carrot water.

Butter large casserole. Beginning with a layer of Ritz, layer ingredients ending with a layer of Ritz. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Can use broccoli and cauliflower.
