CARROT/BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 med. grated carrots
Salt, pepper, grated onion
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs or stuffing mix

Mix chicken soup, sour cream, carrots, salt, pepper and onions. Cook frozen broccoli 5 minutes. Mix well with soup mixture.

Topping: Mix butter and bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. 1 quart casserole.
