CREAMY BROCCOLI-CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream (dairy)
1 c. finely chopped carrots
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing cubes

Cook broccoli in package on paper towel at high power for 2 minutes (microwave) or until spears will separate. Set aside.

Put next 7 ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart microproof casserole dish. Mix. Cut broccoli in 1 inch pieces - stir into mixture. Cover and cook on high 3 minutes. Stir.

Put butter in dish (2 cup), cook on high for 1 minute until melted. Stir in stuffing and spoon over broccoli. Cook uncovered on high for 4-5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
