BROCCOLI CASSEROLE I 
2 heads fresh broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (I like chicken best)
1 c. milk
3/4 pkg. of 8 oz. Kraft Velveeta cheese
1 can fried onion rings
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut of flowerettes from broccoli and blanch. Set aside to cool. Mix soup, milk, cut up chunks of cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Mix with broccoli and put in casserole dish. Heat through in 350 degree oven. Top with onion rings for last 5 minutes.
