BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 c. fresh broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
White sauce

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk

Cook broccoli as usual and drain. Melt cheese into white sauce. Prepare dressing; saute onion and celery in butter. Add to dressing along with 1 cup water.

Grease large casserole and arrange layer of broccoli, layer of dressing, layer of cheese sauce. End with stuffing and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10. (Casserole to accompany meat.)
